A man’s in a serious condition in hospital after being trampled by a cow in West Clare.
Its reported the incident happened near Labasheeda yesterday morning when he was helping to load cattle onto a truck for the mart in Ennis.

The man in his 40’s was knocked over and kicked in the head.
He was taken to hospital where its understood he is in a medically induced coma.
