The drugs were found yesterday during a planned search of a premises in the Kilmorna area of Listowel.
Meanwhile two men remain in Garda custody in Limerick following a major drugs seizure at Adare on Wednesday.
160,000 euro worth of cannabis plants were discovered during an on-going operation targeting the illegal sale and supply of controlled drugs in the Limerick area.
Two men, aged 56 and 58, were arrested at the scene and are being held at Henry Street Garda Station.
