Clare motorists are being urged to never, ever drink and drive.
Gardaí will be out in force tonight and tomorrow morning as part of their Bank Holiday road safety campaign, in an efforts to prevent deaths on our roads.
There will be checkpoints for mandatory breath testing both during daylight and at night and drivers are being reminded that in addition to these, people can be breath-tested if they commit any road traffic offence.
