The body of a man, believed to be in his late fifties or early sixties, has been discovered in an apartment in Limerick City.
His body was found in a flat on Wickham Street shortly before 11 o clock this morning.
It’s believed he had sustained stab wounds.

The scene has been preserved for a technical examination and Gardai have launched an investigation.
Gardai at Henry Street are appealing for witnesses to come forward.
