Four year old Megan Malone who has spent the past nine months battling a brain tumour is expected to have her last course of radiotherapy in the US tomorrow.
The little girl who’s father hails from Ennis was given just weeks to live by doctors last October when she was diagnosed with a rare cancerous tumour.

However the family travelled to the states for specialist treatment and earlier this year it was declared to be a success.
Tomorrow Megan will have the special honour of ringing the bell at New York’s Presbyterian Children’s Hospital, after she finishes her final course of radiotherapy and the family are then due to fly home later this week
