Dutch investigators say Malaysia Airlines flight MH17 broke up in mid-air after being hit by 'high energy objects from outside the aircraft'.
The initial report says the black box flight data recorder showed no evidence of technical malfunctions or warnings.

298 people died in the crash in July and today's report strengthens claims that it was shot down.
