Taoiseach Enda Kenny has expressed the government’s deep condolences to Finance Minister Michael Noonan, after the death of his wife.
Florence Noonan, who was known as Flor, passed away at Milford Hospice in Limerick last night at the age of 68.
She suffered from Alzheimers disease and recently became ill with pneumonia.

In a statement this morning, Enda Kenny said the government’s thoughts and prayers are with Mr Noonan, their daughters and sons at their time of great loss.
