Public Health Midwest and the UL Hospitals Group are issuing a joint appeal to businesses to ensure employees are facilitated in attending COVID-19 vaccinations.
It comes as the UL Hospitals Group is marking a milestone of administering 150,000 vaccinations in the region, though that’s not including those issued by GP’s or community healthcare specialists.
Vaccinations centres across the Midwest, including at Ennis’ West County Hotel, can accommodate up to 31,000 doses being given out per week between them.

Registration for those aged 35 to 39 is due to open next week.
