French Finance Minister Francois Baroin says EU ministers have everything they need to approve a second financial rescue package for Greece.
He was speaking ahead of a meeting of Eurozone finance ministers in Brussels, where a bailout worth 130 billion euro could be approved.
The package was due to have been approved last week, but there was concern Athens hadn’t met the terms of the agreement.

Last night, US Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner pledged US support for the bailout plan, saying Greece deserved international support for its difficult reform programme.
