Former Bosnian Serb General Ratko Mladic is due to appear in court in the Hague today.
He was arrested last week after 16 years on the run, and is expected to face 11 charges of genocide, war crimes and crimes against humanity.
The 69 year old’s lawyers say his health has deteriorated and he’s been treated at a prison hospital.
