NAMA is to set publish its annual report later this morning – and outline plans to make it easier for first-time buyers to get on the ladder.
According to newspaper reports this morning, the agency is planning to sell hundreds of apartments in Dublin from October – and will offer a cash incentive to new home-owners who snap them up.
