Clare motorists are advised to be extra careful on the county’s roads today, due to an expected increase in children taking to their bikes.
Today marks National Cycle to School Day, as part of Bike Week, and will see a number of groups of schoolchildren take to their bikes to mark the occasion.
Motorists are being asked to leave extra space, should they come across any of the children concerned.
