There's been a broad welcome to the publication of a new draft aviation policy for Ireland.
The document proposes that airlines from outside of the EU and America would be able to use Shannon and Dublin as additional passenger collection points, potentially opening up new routes through Clare's international airport.

The document is now open for public consultation until the end of July.
