There’s good news for another national school in Ennis seeking redevelopment works.
The Education Minister has confirmed that 3 additional classrooms have been approved for Knockanean National School.
There are currently five pre-fabs on the existing premises and the school has been seeking funding for extra accomodation from the department for the past number of years.

Clare Fianna Fail TD Timmy Dooley is among the local representatives who have been lobbying on behalf of the school and he says this announcement comes following hard work by the school’s board of management.
