Up to 90 jobs could be created following the launch of a €2m film fund for Clare and the western region.
The Western Region Audiovisual Producer’s fund will run over three years, working alongside local authorities in Clare, Donegal, Leitrim, Mayo, Sligo, Galway and Roscommon.
It’s hoped that as well as supporting local film projects, it will attract international production and showcase Clare and the west as a filming location.
