Ennis will get a new Mayor today.
Barefield Indpeendent Councillor Ann norton is expected to be voted into the role by her fellow Ennis Municipal District Councillors when they hold their Annual General Meeting this afternoon.

She'll replace outgoing Fianna Fáil Mayor Councillor Pat Daly.
A new Deputy Mayor will also be elected, replacing Fine Gael's Mary Howard.
