A new president has been appointed to Shannon Chamber of Commerce.
Damian Gleesson and audit and insurance partner with Grant Thorton takes over the role from outgoing president Ian Barett of Loyalty Build, Ennis.
Gleeson who resides at Minister’s Cross in Bunratty will hold the postion for two years Chamber CEO Helen Dowes belives that with his wide ranging business accumn, he will serve the region well.

Meanwhile Joe Robbins managing director, CareerWise, Ballycasey,Shannon, has been inaugurated as Shannon Chamber’s vice chair.
