Clare athlete Eoghan O’ Neill who secured four medals at the European Transplant and Dialysis Games hopes the event will raise awareness about the need for organ donation.
The Newmarket on Fergus man- who was a member of Team Ireland – won Gold, Silver and Bronze in various events from Swimming to Track and Field and Golf.

When he was in his late teens he suffered kidney failure and received a transplant when he was 21 after two years of dialysis.
