No decision has been made by either Cabinet or the Department of Environment on whether Clare will receive requested funds for storm repairs.
It's been confimed to Clare FM that a second request for money which was submitted following february's storms has yet to be decided upon and that there is no time frame as to when a decision is expected.

Clare County Council has said the delays in responding to their request poses difficulties for their financial and structural plans for 2014.
The request relates to 21 million euro required in addition to the 16.8 million already reacevied.
