A North Clare publican has described the lifting of the alcohol ban on Good Friday as horrendous.
Pubs will be able to open for the first time in 90 years, after the Dáil yesterday lifted the ban on the sale of alcohol on that day.
It’s expected to be signed into law by the President before Good Friday this year.
