The number of patients being treated for Covid-19 at the region’s main hospital remained relatively stable over the weekend.
The latest HSE figures show there were 28 covid patients at University Hospital Limerick this morning, a fall of two on the same time last Friday.
There are 3 patients in intensive care, while there are 29 people being tested for the virus.

Trolley numbers remain high at the Dooradoyle facility as the week begins, meanwhile, with 58 patients waiting for a bed this morning, 33 of those in the Emergency Department.
