Complaints to the Office of the Ombudsman rose by almost a third last year.
Emily O’Reilly has published her office’s annual report for 2010 – and it shows that complaints are at a ten year high.
Further, 1-thousand-317 complaints made in 2010 were outside the Ombudsman’s jurisdiction – that’s up 22 per cent when compared with 2009.
