Outgoing FG Senator Describes Current Govt Negotiations As Opportunity To Do Politics In New Way

It comes as coalition talks are set to resume this morning, despite a number of Deputies ruling themselves out of discussions.

Negotiations to form a new Government appear to have stalled as the Green Party, looks set to withdraw.

Greens and Independents met with Fine Gael yesterday as Enda Kenny's party offered a possible deal on housing to potential coalition partners but the talks broke up at around 9 o'clock last night with no progress reported.

Martin Conway claims the length of the negotiation process may be good for democracy in the long term.
