A member of the Oireachtas Public Accounts Committee says the former board of the CRC who sanctioned the early retirement package for Paul Kiely, should be held to account.
Fine Gael deputy Simon Harris says it needs to be explored if they breached articles of memorandum and association.
The former CEO received a total of 742 thousand euro, in a move defended by the then Chairman Hamilton Goulding, who said it saved the Central Remedial Clinic around 1.4 million euro in the long run.
