Passenger numbers have taken off at Shannon airport once again.
There's been a 4 per cent increase in the number of passengers at the Mid-West Airport in the month of November, compared to the same period last year.

Over 101,000 passengers flew in and out of Shannon during the past month, up from over 97,000 November 2014.
It comes off the back of an announcement by Aer Lingus Regional is to start a new weekly service to Edinburgh in March next year.
The airport says it is on track to record a year-round increase marking a successful three years in-a-row since the airport was made independent.
