A post-mortem examination is expected to be carried out on the body of a man found at a truck stop in Fermoy, County Cork.
It’s understood the 40-year-old died after being hit in the head with a blunt object last night after a brawl broke out between a group of men.
A second man in his 20’s who was injured was taken to hospital with non life threatening injuries.

Two men arrested in connection with the incident are being held at Fermoy and Mallow Garda stations.
