Presidential hopeful Sean Gallagher will be on the campaign trail in Clare today.
The Independent is in Ennis this morning where he will meet with local business leaders at the Chamber of Commerce .

Later he will be pressing the flesh as he takes a walkabout in Clare’s County Town as part of his listening tour before meeting with the Clare Founded group Caring for Carers Ireland, to discuss the carer’s issues nationally.
Yesterday’s Red C Poll carried out by bookmakers Paddy Power puts the Independent on 12 percent, with Gay Byrne, who has yet to declare if will run, out on top at 28 percent.
