The cost of the average three bedroomed home in clare has increased by almost 18 per cent.
According to the latest figures from the Real Estate alliance the average house in the county is now being sold for 135,000 euro.

However the length of time it takes to sell the property is varying here, the report says in December it took eight weeks to complete a sale in Clare, while in September that figure stood at 12 weeks and in June it was just six weeks.
Nationally prices rose by 44 per cent over the last year and it now takes on average 7 weeks to sell the average family house.
