Two new reports have shown positivity in the property market in Clare.
The Real Estate Alliance has found that the average price of a three-bed semi-detached home here has risen by 17.4% in the past year.

Meanwhile, another study by Link2Plans has found a 30% increase in the number of building projects so far this year, compared with 2013.
Their study also shows a 19% increase in planning applications here, and that Clare is one of 18 counties where such an increase was recorded.
