Travelling by train from Ennis to Galway or Limerick could soon be faster
As part of its draft timetable for 2013, Irish Rail is aiming to improve journey times on the Limerick Galway line by between 4 and 11 minutes.

However its also proposing to axe the 11.55 Limerick to Galway and 12.10 Galway to Limerick service due to low demand.
Further measures will see the extension of some Galway Ennis /Limerick services to and from Limerick Junction to enable customers to travel from Ennis to Cork with just one change instead of two.
