Prosecution concludes case in Dundon trial

The prosecution has concluded its case in the trial of John Dundon who is alleged to have murdered 28 year old Shane Geoghegan.

The 31 year old of Hyde Road, Limerick is accused of ordering a killing that led to the Garryowen rugby player being shot dead near his home at the Clonmore Estate, Kilteragh on November 9th 2008.

The Special Criminal Court has also heard John Dundon won’t be giving evidence in his own defence – with his council due to start outlining their case tomorrow.
