Public Meeting over Feared Clare Health Cuts

Concerns over what impact the 130 million euro euro in HSE cost costing saving measures will have on Clare’s health services are set to be aired tonight.

Under the proposals, the number of agency staff will be halved, overtime will be cut  by ten percent while the new head of the Health Service Executive says its likely to lead to bed and theatre closures.
