Members of the public have been urged to have their say on the newly-drawn up Shannon Town and Environs Plan.
The document has been drawn up by Clare County Council, and marks the first time that Shannon town and it’s surrounding areas have their own specific development plan.
It remains in draft form however, and local representatives are urging those who are interested to examine the document and make a proposal.

Shannon Councillor Gerry Flynn is confident the plan will be of benefit to the town.
