Publican Darragh McAllister has been formally elected as the new President of Ennis Chamber.
Mr McAllister co-runs both Lucas’ Bar and Considine’s Bar in the town and was formerly the Chamber’s vice-president.
He takes over from Allen Flynn of the old Ground Hotel who held the position for the past 12 months.

Colin Ryan, branch manager of Ennis’ Bank of Ireland branch, takes over the role of Vice-President with the Chamber.
