The Communications Minister says he doesn't believe the Public Accounts Committee will need to compel Frank Flannery to take questions.
Mr Flannery resigned as a Rehab director and from a number of advisory roles within Fine Gael yesterday.

He's been under pressure to address claims he was paid by the charity to lobby the Government on a number of issues.
Minister Pat Rabbitte is a long-time friend of Frank Flannery – he believes Mr Flannery will take questions voluntarily – and there's no need to compel him to do so.
