Germany and France are among 15 Eurozone members who’ve been warned they could have their credit ratings downgraded.
The announcement, by credit ratings agency Standard and Poor’s, followed talks between French President Nicolas Sarkozy and German Chancellor Angela Merkel.
They announced joint proposals to improve budget discipline within the Eurozone.
