The 22-year old Ardrahan man charged with the murder of his grandfather has been further remanded in custody to appear before Gort District Court next month
Gearoid Fahy Carrownamona, Ardrahan appeared before Ennis District Court last evening charged with the murder of 78 year old Finbar Fahy at Ballinduff, Ardrahan on Tuesday, October 10th.
Gardai indicated in court that further time is required in preparing a book of evidence in the case and Judge Joseph Mangan remanded Gearoid Fahy in custody to Gort District Court on December 22nd.
