Gardaí in North Clare are investigating the theft of a number of pedigree dogs in the area.
Incidents have been reported in the Lahinch, Moy and Lisdoonvarna areas with at least four missing dogs believed to be stolen.

Small pedigree breeds like West Highland Terriers have been targeted and Clare Dog Warden Frankie Coote says they're likely to be offered for sale elsewhere.
