CNN is reporting the surviving Boston bombing suspect has blamed his dead brother for the attack.
Dzhokhar Tsarnaev is claimed to have said 26 year old Tamerlan was the driving force behind the blasts.

The 19 year old faces the death penalty after being charged in hospital yesterday with using a weapon of mass destruction.
He’s expected to face his first court hearing on May 30th.
Investigators also say they want to question the wife of the other suspect who was killed in a gun battle with police.
Katherine Russell has apparently already been visited by Federal agents.
