The amount of housing available in Co. Clare is on the increase.
A new report from GeoDirectory has found that just over 1,300 new dwellings came on stream here last year, representing a 2.4% increase which is the highest proportional rise of any county in Ireland.

Their survey also shows the average price paid for a house in Clare last year was €124,800
Geodirectory CEO Dara Keogh believes more homes will come on stream here in the years ahead.
