The vital work of the RNLI lifeboat service is being highlighted next month on a special walk through the Burren which aims to raise vital funds for the orgainisation
The Burren Ramble is set to raise funds for the work of the national lifeboat service which has branches in Clare including Kilrush and Killaloe.
The walk takes place on Sunday the 13th of September is approximatly six miles long in a special scenic route along the north Clare landmark.
All those intending to participate are urged to bring suitable gear and to arrive at 12 noon at the beach car park in Fanore where registration will take place with the walk beginning an hour later at 1pm sharp.
