Celebrations are being held this afternoon to mark the 21st anniversary of the rural resettlement Ireland group.
So far, over 700 families have been moved under the program, which aims to improve the quality of life of all people and respect for Ireland’s 5,000 year old settlement pattern of a populated, living countryside
Founder Jim Connolly says it’s a movement which has struck a chord with the people of Clare since it’s very early days
