Shannon Airport has received another boost, with Ryanair announcing that it’s service to Liverpool is to operate year-round.
The airline already operates a summer service to the English city, but will now continue this throughout the winter, flying three times each week between October and March.
Shannon CEO Neil Pay-key has welcomed Ryanair’s announcement, which helps strengthen ties between Clare’s international airport and Liverpool’s John Lennon Airport, where he previously served as managing director.
