Ryanair has apologised to passengers after two of its planes “clipped” each other at Dublin Airport this morning.
Both craft were taxiing near the runway before 7 o’clock this morning when the wing-tip of one scraped against the tail of the other.

The Air Accident Investigation Unit will now look into the circumstances surrounding the collision – and Dublin Airport has since returned to normal service.
Affected customers are expected to board two replacement aircraft which will depart to Brussels Charleroi and Edinburgh later this morning.
