It’s been confirmed that Ryanair’s route from Shannon to Gerona, Spain is to be cancelled as part of cutbacks to the airline’s winter schedule.
The low fares carrier are reducing their fleet at the Mid West Airport from 4 to three commencing in October and are also reducing their flights by 36 a week.
One of the routes that’s to be cut is the three time weekly service to the Spanish city of Gerona which has proved to be a popular route
