Water enthusiasts bound for one of Clare’s many coastal spots this Bank Holiday Monday are urged to follow some very simple water safety rules.
It’s anticipated that Clare’s waterways will be busy and while lifeguards will be out in numbers, boat-owners are warned that there won’t be enough cover for all waterways.
