The Minister with responsibility for Equality has ruled out a Saturday polling day for the Same Sex Marriage Referendum.
The vote is expected to take place in May though a date has not yet been set.

Aodhan O Riodain is visiting Clare today where he will see Knocklisheen Direct Provision Centre in Meelick and the Childhood home of Edna O'Brien in Tuamgraney.
Speaking to Clare FM Minister O Riodain says the Government wants to have the Child and Family bill passed through the Dáil before polling day.
