A second man’s been arrested by detectives investigating the terrorist attack on a tube train at Parsons Green station in London.
A 21 year old was detained in Hounslow in west London late last night.
It follows the arrest of an 18 year old in Dover and a police raid on a house in Surrey yesterday.
