Aviva health insurance is to hike its prices for a second time since January.

The company is raising the cost of it’s level 2 hospital plan – which is its most popular – by 9 and a half per cent.
The hike will see an average family of 2 adults and 2 children who are existing Aviva customers, pay an extra 200 euro on their premium when it’s renewed.
New customers will pay 20 per cent more on the level 2 hospital plan than the current rate.
