There's been a call for an independent inquiry into the building of Letterkenny General Hospital in Donegal.
The hospital's Emergency Department was hit by flooding last night for the second time in a year.

It was forced to close for three hours to deal with the problem which developed after 40mm of rain that fell in just 15 minutes.
